About The Position

The Associate Director, Elahere, International Market Access and Pricing (iMAP), reports to the Director, Oncology Solid Tumor Lead and supports the international access ambition, pricing and reimbursement strategy, integrated evidence planning, and core access deliverables for Elahere. This role translates clinical, payer, competitive, policy, and market insights into strategies that help inform commercial strategy and optimize price, reimbursement, patient access, and business impact across priority international markets. The role supports Elahere across current and future indications, including continued launch execution and strategy refinement for second-line platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (2L PROC) and launch preparation and lifecycle access planning for second-line platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer (2L PSOC) maintenance as this opportunity accelerates. Success requires strong oncology access expertise, sound strategic judgment, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to align global, Area, and Affiliate stakeholders around clinical value, payer expectations, pricing dynamics, reimbursement requirements, and evolving healthcare policy environments.

Requirements

5+ years of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, payer, market access, pricing and reimbursement, commercial strategy, HEOR, or related experience.
Global or international payer and access experience, preferably in oncology at the global, regional, or key-market level.
Ability to translate clinical, health economic, payer, and competitive insights into access recommendations.
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence Area, Affiliate, and internal partners across key commercial, development, medical, regulatory, pricing, HEOR, HTA, and government affairs functions.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, business, health economics, or related discipline preferred.
Strong oncology disease-area knowledge, with solid tumor experience preferred.
Experience evaluating payer trends, access success drivers, competitive dynamics, and evidence requirements across priority international markets.
Experience developing payer materials, Integrated Access Strategies, HTA-related deliverables, and launch or lifecycle access plans.
Knowledge of pricing policy, pricing governance, reimbursement regulations, and healthcare systems in key international markets.
Understanding of regulatory, evidence, and label implications for pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.
Strong business acumen, executive communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Director, Oncology Solid Tumor Lead in developing and executing Elahere international access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy, including 2L PROC launch execution and strategy refinement, lifecycle planning, and Area and Affiliate support.
Contribute to Integrated Access Strategy development by synthesizing clinical, HEOR, payer, pricing, reimbursement, policy, competitive, Area, and Affiliate insights into strategic recommendations.
Develop and maintain core access deliverables, including value propositions, payer value stories, value dossiers, payer objection handlers, negotiation pathways, evidence gap assessments, Area and Affiliate tools, and 2L PROC and 2L PSOC launch and lifecycle materials.
Partner with Area and Affiliate teams at key clinical, regulatory, evidence, label, lifecycle, and market-development milestones to assess local pricing, reimbursement, and patient access implications.
Advance 2L PSOC maintenance launch preparation and lifecycle access planning through strategic assessments and mitigation strategies, including payer risk assessment and cross-functional alignment on evidence, pricing, sequencing, and market readiness.
Collaborate with Pricing, HTA Strategy, HEOR, Commercial, Competitive Intelligence, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Area, and Affiliate teams to inform payer strategy and reimbursement planning.
Support Elahere Value and Access Team operations, including agenda development, decision tracking, alignment, and follow-up on key access, pricing, evidence, and launch-readiness actions.
Assess and monitor pricing, reimbursement, payer, HTA, competitive, clinical, and policy developments across priority markets, translating implications into access strategy, evidence planning, competitive readiness, Area and Affiliate execution, and mitigation planning.
Manage assigned access workstreams, including vendor coordination, budget management, purchasing support, documentation, compliance activities, and project records
