About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director, Internal Communications to serve as a strategic orchestrator and amplifier for communications across Blizzard. In this role, you’ll build clarity, drive alignment, and ensure our employee communications are coordinated, consistent, and connected to our Blizzard‑wide priorities and global internal communication principles. The ideal candidate is accountable for ensuring internal communications move from concept to execution - on time, aligned, and delivered with operational rigor. You will partner across functional groups and game teams to develop communications plans, maintain accountability to timelines and priorities, and ensure teams across the business are telling a cohesive story, backed by purpose and care. This is a role for someone with a deep appreciation for art and craft, which is at the center of what we do at Blizzard. You will join a team focused on people/organizational communications and game/franchise communications, requiring close collaboration with colleagues across all levels and our broader gaming ecosystem. This role offers unparalleled exposure across the business and the opportunity to build scalable systems, processes, and communications rhythms that help bring our mission, strategy, and culture to life. Because the work is spread across multiple disciplines and functions, this role would be a good fit for someone with agency experience and instincts, sharp attention to detail, strategic perspective, and a sense of humor. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on‑site and some work from home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
