Keep reading. This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Los Angeles. Overview The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. This is a team of big picture thinkers, facilitators, creative problem solvers. Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team being equal parts project management, client liaison, and content producer. As highly effective communicators and relationship builders, our Integrated Producers provide holistic thinking as they drive the process forward. This team is highly organized and works alongside all departments. They know what everyone on their teams need to be successful; all while proactively troubleshooting across all departments so deliverables are met in a timely manner that best support the work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated production at a creative agency, or similar field
  • Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients
  • Experience managing the development and tracking of integrated project plans
  • Experience in the project management of creative assets, including both static and video assets
  • Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third party vendors and familiarity with usage terms
  • Experience assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects & clients
  • Experience building and structuring project teams that garner the best results
  • Experience interfacing with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Experience documenting and reporting project progress in a correct and timely manner, including preparing status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
  • Experience working in a creative agency setting.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead day-to-day processes that will assist in getting a wide range of creative initiatives off the ground through completion.
  • You will work directly with the Brand lead on client business, and alongside each of the discipline leads.
  • You will assess project feasibility, curating the right resources for the project, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.
  • Make things happen. Not just driving work-back schedules, but making the moves to drive the work forward
  • Partner with Brand to build client relationships and trust
  • Assist in the development and tracking of multi-disciplinary project plans
  • Partner with integrated teams to successfully deliver integrated creative projects
  • Partner with Studio Producers to ensure seamless integration with team for creative deliverables
  • Clearly communicate project details and feedback to both internal & external teams.
  • Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed
  • Track budgets and resourcing needs/updates throughout the duration of the project, and provide day-to-day status updates
  • Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs
  • Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to the team through a consistent cadence of communication
  • Oversee final deliverables across platforms, ensuring they meet technical specs and creative standards.
  • Coordinate with post, media, and platform requirements for distribution.
  • Implement and refine workflows, templates, and tools (calendars, trackers, asset management).
  • Drive efficiency and consistency across projects and teams.
