The HR Business Partner for Customer Operations North America serves as a strategic advisor to the regional leadership team, driving business performance through a focused and forward-looking people agenda. This role translates business priorities into impactful HR agenda with a strong people-first mindset, ensuring the organization is structured, skilled, and engaged to deliver growth, service excellence, and productivity targets. Operating within a large and complex North America market, the role is instrumental in connecting global Customer Operations priorities with local execution. Requirements

  • Proven senior HR Business Partnering experience in a complex, matrix environment, preferably within CPG industry
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Experience leading transformation and change initiatives
  • Experience supporting and influencing senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Operations NA leadership to translate business priorities into a targeted HR agenda with a people-first mindset
  • Provide strategic advice on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability
  • Enable delivery of productivity, service, and transformation goals
  • Drive organization design aligned to business priorities and operating model evolution
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure the right skills, roles, and capacity are in place
  • Identify and address capability gaps, including future-ready skills
  • Lead talent and succession planning to ensure strong pipelines for critical roles
  • Drive robust performance management, including calibration and differentiation
  • Support development and retention of high-performing and high-potential talent
  • Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Embed and continuously drive people care initiatives to strengthen employee experience and wellbeing
  • Drive engagement actions aligned to regional context and business priorities
  • Strengthen leadership effectiveness and team dynamics
  • Lead the people agenda for key transformation initiatives
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working across the NA organization
  • Partner with leaders to manage change impact, communication, and engagement
  • Ensure transformation is delivered with clear linkage to business outcomes and people impact
  • Deliver core HR processes (middle and end of year, talent forums, workforce plans)
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies, reward frameworks, and governance standards
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and track performance outcomes
