The role coordinates housing occupancy and assignments, oversees facility operations in collaboration with campus partners, manages housing technology systems, and supervises operational processes that ensure effective service delivery to students. The Associate Director works to streamline processes, maintain high operational standards, and support the department’s mission by ensuring that housing infrastructure, resources, and systems function effectively to enhance the overall residential experience.
