Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Associate Director, High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) at its Detroit campus location. This position advances institutional enrollment goals by expanding access to higher education, strengthening pathways from high school to degree completion, and supporting student success through innovative, scalable programming. The Associate Director cultivates and manages relationships with high schools, career and technical education centers, intermediate school districts, academic departments, faculty, and community partners to increase dual enrollment participation and address evolving student and district needs. The position leads the development of recruitment, outreach, communication, and engagement strategies designed to enhance enrollment, retention, and student outcomes. Working collaboratively across Strategic Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, Student Success, and external partners, the Associate Director supports institutional enrollment goals by strengthening dual enrollment pipelines and improving yield, persistence, and degree attainment. The role establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), leverages predictive and descriptive analytics to inform decision-making, and applies national best practices to enhance outcomes, operational effectiveness, and student success at scale.
