As Associate Director, GTM Systems at Hiive, you will own the architectural backbone of Hiive's revenue operations — Salesforce and the constellation of integrated systems that power our marketplace, our institutional and wealth motions, our deal lifecycle, and everything in between. This is the senior technical voice on our Revenue Operations team, accountable for the design decisions that determine whether our systems can scale with the business or constrain it. You will lead a small team of Salesforce specialists, partner with our pod leads to translate business needs into durable system design, and act as the architectural authority for every meaningful change to our GTM technology stack.
