Associate Director, Global Creator Program
About The Position
HelloFresh is seeking a senior operator to establish a global creator program as a growth engine for HelloFresh and Factor. The program will build and support a community of thousands of creators who produce content at scale, with performance-based compensation and content distributed through organic channels and paid channels, particularly Meta. The role is part of a global team across Berlin and New York, works directly with senior growth leadership, and manages multimillion-euro creator budgets. Success means growing and sustaining an active creator community whose members onboard quickly, post consistently, and earn meaningfully. The program should provide a reliable source of organic content and a pipeline of paid creative that acquires customers at a cost below existing channels. The role owns program strategy and commercial design, including creator commissions, rewards, challenges, progression tiers, unit economics, and budget iteration based on performance data. It also leads creator activation and community operations, including onboarding, coaching, training, recognition, and developing top creators into long-term brand ambassadors. The Associate Director will amplify winning organic content into paid ads, coordinate creator incentives with paid-channel performance, and roll out the model across brands and markets. This includes adapting incentives to local markets, setting cross-market benchmarks, and reporting progress to Group leadership. The role also directs the program platform, tooling, and outsourced support teams to scale operations without proportionally increasing headcount.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in influencer marketing, community marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Experience building and scaling a creator, ambassador, or affiliate program from its early stages to thousands of creators.
- Fluency with performance concepts, including incentives, funnels, and unit economics, and a data-driven approach to iteration.
- Hands-on, structured operating style and comfort building new programs with high autonomy and leverage.
- Ability to work across functions and geographies, including paid social and finance teams and colleagues in Berlin and New York.
- Understanding of what motivates creators to remain active, post consistently, and stay loyal to a brand.

Responsibilities
- Design the creator program strategy and commercial model, including commissions, rewards, challenges, and progression tiers.
- Own the program’s unit economics and budget, and iterate the model using live performance data.
- Manage day-to-day creator activation and community operations, including onboarding, coaching, training, and celebrating creator successes.
- Develop high-performing creators into long-term brand ambassadors.
- Amplify winning organic creator content into a pipeline of performing paid ads, aligning creator incentives with paid-channel performance.
- Roll out the program to new brands and markets, localize incentives, establish cross-market benchmarks, and report progress to Group leadership.
- Direct the program’s platform, tooling, and outsourced support teams so the program can scale to thousands of creators without scaling headcount.
