About The Position
This position is for internal CU Employee Applicants and PASSHE SCUPA Applicants Only.
Requirements
- Sitting – 80%; walking – 10% standing – 10%
- Working indoors – 95% and Outdoors (for errands) – 5%
- Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 5 pounds
- Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 pounds.
- Reaching for objects at, above and below shoulder
- Occasionally twisting at waist, and stretching to reach objects
- Basic math skills and reading skills including understanding written documents
- Writing skills in preparing and organizing documents
- Sensory skills, i.e. visual, hearing, and speaking
- Keyboard skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience serving on hearing boards
- Experience with policy creation and implementation
- Experience with creating and implementing trainings, outreach campaigns, or workshops
- Experience with working collaboratively with Police, Alcohol and Other Drug offices, Athletics, or other related offices
- Experience working with areas of Title IX
- Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
- Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working with related higher education legal requirements (FERPA, Title IX, Clery, various hazing laws/acts)
