About The Position

This position is for internal CU Employee Applicants and PASSHE SCUPA Applicants Only.

Requirements

  • Sitting – 80%; walking – 10% standing – 10%
  • Working indoors – 95% and Outdoors (for errands) – 5%
  • Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 5 pounds
  • Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 pounds.
  • Reaching for objects at, above and below shoulder
  • Occasionally twisting at waist, and stretching to reach objects
  • Basic math skills and reading skills including understanding written documents
  • Writing skills in preparing and organizing documents
  • Sensory skills, i.e. visual, hearing, and speaking
  • Keyboard skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving on hearing boards
  • Experience with policy creation and implementation
  • Experience with creating and implementing trainings, outreach campaigns, or workshops
  • Experience with working collaboratively with Police, Alcohol and Other Drug offices, Athletics, or other related offices
  • Experience working with areas of Title IX
  • Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working with related higher education legal requirements (FERPA, Title IX, Clery, various hazing laws/acts)
