About The Position

The Associate Director for Campus Visit Programs and Events is responsible for overseeing and executing campus visit programs and events. This role requires a strategic approach to admissions, enrollment management, event planning, and higher education administration. The individual will manage large-scale events, coordinate multiple projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and enhance the prospective student experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, event planning, higher education administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex operational processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, Microsoft Office applications, and event management technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Slate CRM.
  • Experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, or recruitment event planning.
  • Budget development and management experience.
