About The Position

The Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management will be responsible for directing the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing profitability. This role involves developing business cases, managing program P&L, overseeing Statements of Work (SOW), and applying advanced project analytics. The position also requires guiding cross-functional technical teams, championing design thinking, and engaging stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs, achieving targeted outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and execute business cases, project plans, and revenue forecasts to maximize profitability and strategic growth
• Oversee creation and management of Statements of Work (SOW), scope tracking, and change control to deliver projects within defined parameters
• Manage program P&L, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance across multiple initiatives
• Apply advanced project analytics to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve escalations with measurable impact
• Champion design thinking methodologies to enhance solution quality and drive user-centric innovation
• Guide cross-functional technical teams, promoting a high-performance culture and facilitating professional development
• Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, timely delivery, and achievement of key performance indicators
