About The Position

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to join the team. This Associate Director-level leader will lead the portfolio of projects/programs driving consistency, standardization across delivery centers with a global delivery workforce to 10,000+ resources. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT services expert with proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale. This role requires exceptional knowledge of global delivery center transformation, communication, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
  • Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale
  • Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
  • Should be a hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a strong bias towards execution.
  • Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5000 - 10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for driving consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale including stakeholder and internal communications, Delivery Center portal, DC Collateral – Playbooks, Presentations, case studies, and brand consistency across delivery centers.
  • Support build of delivery center strategy, stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly quarterly reviews to effectively communicate progress against the program portfolio with the ROI.
  • Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining how to engage across delivery centers and best practices of working with delivery centers.
  • Build customer success stories and testimonials across delivery centers and help accelerate adoption and engagement across delivery center.
  • Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources across delivery centers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
