Requirements
- Requires having laboratory and/or experience in other pharmaceutical, life sciences projects.
- NEC Option A & C.
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Responsibilities
- Applying strong health and safety expertise across project portfolios.
- Fostering an inclusive environment that supports team wellbeing.
- Directing estimating, cost planning and presentation of cost plans.
- Managing effective, compliant procurement processes.
- Delivering cost management services that drive strategic outcomes.
- Ensuring ethical, commercially sound operations supporting net‑zero goals.
- Mentoring and developing teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
