The Associate Director of the CEO Office is a senior strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for amplifying the CEO’s leadership impact through high-quality executive communication, strategic operations, and disciplined implementation framework. This role serves as the operational and narrative backbone of the CEO Office—translating CEO’s strategic intent into clear priorities, aligned cross-functional actions, and compelling global communications across the organization and external stakeholders (investors, industry partners, media). This leader will lead CEO Office operations, oversee CEO-facing strategic workflows, drive executive-level communication initiatives, and ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and accountability across FFAI and its ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Strategy, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in CEO Office, strategy, executive communications, operations, or consulting roles.
  • Exceptional executive-level writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, high-pressure, and confidential environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the holistic CEO communication strategy across all internal and external touchpoints and drive its effective implementation.
  • Lead the creation of high-level executive content including speeches, board-level materials, investor relations documents, keynote presentations, and enterprise-wide strategic narratives.
  • Establish and maintain a unified, premium CEO voice that advances FFAI’s long-term strategy, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Architect and scale the CEO’s thought leadership in EV, AI, Crypto, and Web3 through messaging frameworks and content strategy.
  • Coordinate and support the CEO public appearances, media interviews, industry summits, and high-profile events with rigorous messaging, storytelling, and strategic positioning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PR, IR, Brand, and business leadership to align global messaging, Drive cross-functional alignment, and uphold executive narrative integrity.
  • Lead one or multiple global strategic projects, translate CEO vision into actionable solutions, leading to achieve the strategic business goals, define project execution blueprint (e.g. governance, priorities analysis, process, steering & operating mechanisms, etc.) to develop a clear and comprehensive project plan and to build working cross-functional collaboration.
  • Responsible for the corporate global strategic planning with short and long-term business plan. Global Strategic Planning with a US, China and Middle East Market Focus.
  • Collaborate with leading Chinese and American technology providers to integrate cutting-edge EV technologies into US-specific and Middle East customized products.
  • Steering the resource utilization driven by FF global strategy with large scope, visibility and impact focusing on the organization’s overall objectives and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the CEO Office operations, ensuring clarity, cadence, and execution discipline. Leading design and iteration CEO Office operating models, decision frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Coordinate high-impact initiatives across leadership teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Champion AI-driven workflow transformation to enhance decision-making velocity, content quality, and signal-to-noise ratio
  • Design, implement and lead the end-to-end operation of the Business Partnership (BP) governance framework as a core CEO Office mechanism to institutionalize strategy execution, accountability, and operational rigor.
  • Align BUs objectives, operating plans, and resource allocation directly with the CEO’s top priorities, creating a closed-loop system from strategic intent to measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive quarterly and annual CEO-level business reviews, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Integrate CEO Office oversight into BP governance, establishing real-time feedback loops, performance accountability metrics, and intervention protocols to ensure execution rigor and alignment with corporate strategy.
