$65,000 - $70,000

About The Position

BRC Group Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RILY) is a diversified holding company, including financial services, telecom, and retail, and investments in equity, debt and venture capital. Our core financial services platform provides small cap and middle market companies customized end-to-end solutions at every stage of the enterprise life cycle. Our banking business offers comprehensive services in capital markets, sales, trading, research, merchant banking, M&A, and restructuring. Our wealth management business offers wealth management and financial planning services including brokerage, investment management, insurance, and tax preparation. Our telecom businesses provide consumer and business services including traditional, mobile and cloud phone, internet and data, security, and email. Our retail businesses provide mobile computing accessories and home furnishings. BRCGH deploys its capital inside and outside its core financial services platform to generate shareholder value through opportunistic investments. This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated early-career professional to work directly for an executive of a leading middle-market investment bank. This is not a traditional entry-level role. You will start in a predominantly administrative capacity — but with a front-row seat to the deals, relationships, and decisions moving through the office of an executive. As you grow into the business, the role will grow with you, evolving from support-oriented work into increasingly technical and substantive responsibilities. For the right person, this is an unparalleled mentorship opportunity and an accelerated path into the world of investment banking. The expected base salary for this position is $65K - $70K annually with eligibility for discretionary bonus. The role begins with a strong administrative foundation, and as you learn the business, your responsibilities will grow increasingly technical and substantive. As an AI-focused firm, proficiency with Claude and other AI tools is a core expectation of this role.
