About The Position

RTX/Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director of Capture Management for its Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) Requirements and Capabilities (Business Development) organization. The position leads strategic competitive captures for the Radar Frequency Solutions (RFS) and Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions business areas across the Mission Systems market. Captures typically range from $100 million to more than $2 billion. The role is accountable for winning key market positions and positioning Raytheon as a preferred partner. Relocation assistance is not available.
