The Associate Director, Brand Analytics is strategic analytics partner responsible for supporting the launch and growth of BEQALZI and BTK CDAC. This role will work closely with Brand Teams, GCMT, Medical, and other cross-functional stakeholders to generate actionable insights, shape launch strategy and inform critical business decisions. The individual will lead analytics across commercial performance, market dynamics, customer engagement, launch readiness, and will own customer segmentation and data analytics using secondary data sources, while partnering with internal teams such as Forecasting, Primary Market Research, DSE, and related functions to deliver integrated, data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical or biotech brand analytics experience, demonstrated success in launch or pre-launch environments, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights. This role requires a proactive, collaborative leader with strong technical capabilities, prior experience with advanced analytics algorithms and modeling, and a deep understanding of secondary data, business performance measurement, and cross-functional decision support.
