The Associate Director, Belonging & Inclusion for Spiritual life plays a key role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus culture for undergraduate and graduate students, supporting the spiritual and religious needs and well-being of our diverse student body and intentionally promoting inclusion, religious pluralism, and equity. Specifically responsible for supervising a multi-faith team of chaplains and advising student-led faith groups; providing a courageous and contemplative space for discussion and reflection; and actively promoting holistic development and spiritual well-being.
