Job Summary Use detailed understanding of the Alzheimer’s Disease Commercialization model to determine the competencies, behaviors and knowledge required for Neurology Account Specialists (NAS) and develop curricula and lead learning content development (Learning Journey) for NAS to achieve in-role effectiveness to support our hhc (human health care) mission. Additionally, this role will be responsible for assisting with training for other matrix roles within AD commercial model as needed. Individual will use disciplined training approach that begins with aligning learning objectives with key stakeholders, developing engaging content, validating proficiency, and assessing program effectiveness for continual improvement. Knowledge and use of technology to engage learners and maximize impact of learning will be important.
