The Associate Director, Sales Training leads the strategy and execution of learning programs for sales representatives and sales managers. This leader owns the end-to-end enablement experience—from new hire onboarding to advanced continuing education—ensuring that training delivery is effective, data-driven, and operationally aligned with financial and performance goals. As a key leader in the Operations Performance Enablement function, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and field execution. You will lead a team of trainers to accelerate rep speed-to-proficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement through AI-driven coaching and performance insights.
