The Career Education division at Wellesley College provides a nationally-recognized, holistic career development model spanning all four years of the student undergraduate experience and extending through lifelong alumnae support. With one foot deeply embedded in the rich liberal arts curriculum, and the other in the rapidly changing world of work, Wellesley Career Education ensures that all students and graduates make connections between curricular and co-curricular experiences, articulate their learning outcomes, and pursue pathways for growth and opportunity. The Associate Director/Advisor for Careers in Media and Technology joins an established team of advisors serving both students and alumnae. This role is responsible for advising on the media and technology sectors, ensuring students and alums pursue industry-related skill-building to complement their liberal arts education, gain critical internship opportunities in the field, connect with mentors, and ultimately land meaningful postgraduate positions. A successful candidate will build strong rapport with students and graduates, have a track record of fostering relationships and collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders (including faculty, staff, employers, and alums), possess strong organizational skills in support of event planning and resource management, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing student interests and job markets.
