About The Position

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to manage core tools and processes end-to-end, ensuring operational readiness for the Accelerator program. This role involves setting strategy, designing systems, managing rollout plans, training regional teams, and holding readiness gate authority. The Associate Director will oversee one to three operational domains, which can include academic operations, program delivery operations, student experience and compliance, or operational systems and knowledge management. This position reports to the Senior Director, Accelerator Enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems or data administration, or a closely related field
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work in-person in Atlanta (GA), Chicago (IL), New York City (NYC), or Newark (NJ) 3 days per week
  • Access to internet

Responsibilities

  • Serve as product owner for tools, processes, and protocols, designing them one to two semesters ahead of need.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI for efficiency and effectiveness in workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate roadmap decisions into operational builds.
  • Develop and execute adoption plans for new tools and processes, including training and support.
  • Track adoption rates against an 80% fidelity standard and iterate on strategies to improve it.
  • Hold readiness gate authority for launches, defining readiness criteria and making rollout recommendations.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, driving high-stakes issues to resolution.
  • Oversee operational domains end-to-end, ensuring they effectively serve site teams and Fellows.
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate process effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Assess scalability of current systems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures in Confluence for all owned processes.
