About The Position

Digital Hands is seeking an early-career, hands-on software and cloud engineer to help build, deploy, maintain, and improve the applications, cloud services, integrations, and automation that support its Security Operations Center (SOC). The role emphasizes scripting, application development, debugging, cloud deployment, APIs, databases, automation, and infrastructure as code. The engineer will collaborate with DevOps engineers, ServiceNow administrators, SOC team members, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable technical solutions and streamline operational processes. ServiceNow is a secondary but important part of the role. The successful candidate will support and extend ServiceNow through administration, configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation while developing broader DevOps and software engineering capabilities. The position does not perform security monitoring or incident analysis, but supports the systems and workflows the SOC relies on to deliver cybersecurity services. This is a full-time, onsite position at Digital Hands Headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
