Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development concepts.
Familiarity with Node.js or other backend frameworks.
Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Basic understanding of API development and REST or GraphQL concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the following technologies: Vue.js, Node.js, GraphQL, SOLR, SQL, Mongo, PostgreSQL
Experience writing automated tests using modern testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Interest in using AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing, or application capabilities.
Experience working on custom business applications or internal enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of custom web applications.
Build user interfaces using Vue.js and modern front-end development practices.
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and GraphQL.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices.
Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, or end-to-end) to ensure application quality and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects in collaboration with team members.
Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuously learn new technologies and development techniques, including AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI capabilities.
Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and engineering standards within the team.
