About The Position

The team at Regina Lakeview Dental Centre located in Regina, Saskatchewan is looking for a passionate, hard-working, full-time associate dentist. Our well-established practice has been providing general dental care in Regina for more than 50 years. One of our five dentists is retiring and we are looking for an associate who will provide a full range of high quality dental services to ensure our patients have a positive experience. The associate will be provided with mentorship and training but must be skilled in communication with both patients and coworkers. They must be able to provide treatment based on sound treatment planning principles and protocols. Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT, intra-oral scanners (Trios & iTero), microscope dentistry, dental implant surgery and in office IV sedation. The associate will be compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration of 40% of collections less all laboratory fees. The associate will be required to work a minimum of 4 days per week and be flexible with some evenings and Saturdays. The associate must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited university program, OR have successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process AND be eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Saskatchewan.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited university program, OR have successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Saskatchewan.
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
