This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking a reduced schedule, a low-volume clinical setting, long-term guaranteed salary structures, or ongoing step-by-step mentorship. We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing molar root canal therapy
• Comfortable performing surgical and non-surgical extractions
• Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
• Clinical independence
• Ability to manage a productive schedule
