About The Position

Benevis is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide dental services to children and adults on Saturdays. The role supports the company’s mission to provide high-quality, affordable dental care to underserved families in a fun and compassionate environment. Dentists work with a supportive team and contribute to positive patient experiences and community engagement. The practice uses DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Each provider is supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. The patient base is primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location. Typical office flow includes 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients. The payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Yearly OSHA, HIPPA, and Emergency Management training is provided.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
Nitrous Oxide certification where required in Louisiana, Mississippi, Washington, D.C., Texas, or Massachusetts.
Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
