About The Position

Spartanburg Dental Associates is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join its established practice in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The practice provides comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a welcoming environment and emphasizes personalized treatment, lasting patient relationships, clinical excellence, and modern dental technology. The role offers an established patient base, a collaborative team, and opportunities for professional growth, including a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Compensation is $300,000–$400,000 annually, based on collections and experience. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible South Carolina dental license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry, including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown and bridge, endodontics (root canals), and iTero scanning.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
• Perform restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge procedures, and endodontic treatment including root canals.
• Use iTero scanning and modern dental technology, including same-day crown capabilities.
• Deliver quality, compassionate patient care and build meaningful patient relationships.
