About The Position

The team at Harrow Dental in Harrow, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist Partner on a full-time basis. This role involves providing a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure patients have a positive and rewarding experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in making patients feel at ease, communicate effectively with patients and coworkers, and work independently. Harrow Dental is a large, family-focused practice serving the Harrow community for over 50 years, with over 6000 active patients. They offer comprehensive care including general, preventative, cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign®, and emergency dentistry in a modern, welcoming environment. The practice prioritizes personalized care, patient comfort, and long-term oral health, fostering lasting relationships and valuing collaboration, professional growth, and a positive staff experience.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario.
  • Open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of dental practice experience is preferred; however, mentorship and support will be provided for new graduates.
