About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in the Edina area to identify an Associate Dentist for a growth-oriented opportunity. This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality dentistry, strong mentorship, and a collaborative team environment, with the ability to grow into a long-term position within the practice. The practice is an established, implant-focused general dentistry practice with a supportive, tenured clinical team. It has a warm, laid-back culture with a strong patient-first approach and an experienced team including multiple hygienists and dental assistants, operating in an efficient, well-supported clinical environment. The practice is located in a highly desirable Twin Cities suburb and is entering a growth phase, expanding hours and planning for a thoughtful provider transition. This creates an opportunity for an associate to step in, build relationships, and develop within a stable and supportive setting. The associate will work closely with the senior doctor, gaining exposure to implant dentistry and advanced procedures, while building their own patient base over time.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
• Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience preferred
• Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants
