About The Position

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our client's practices in Bowling Green and Perrysburg, Ohio. This is working two days a week at each location. Our client is a well-established, state-of-the-art dental practice that is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Compensation is based on years of experience, and a quarterly bonus is also present. FFS/PPO practice.

Requirements

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Active Ohio state dental license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental practice
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Responsibilities

Performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Diagnosing and treating oral health issues
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborating with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhering to all infection control and safety protocols
Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the practice
