About The Position

Carefree Dentistry is seeking an experienced dentist for their North Phoenix practice. This role offers the opportunity to step into an established practice, build patient relationships, practice with autonomy, and contribute to the growth of the practice. For the right candidate, there is a genuine possibility of future partnership and ownership. The position involves comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, dentures and partials, extractions, emergency dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning. The ideal candidate will be confident in these areas, enjoy building long-term patient relationships, and approach the practice with an ownership mindset.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills.
• Confident with restorative dentistry and removable prosthetics.
• Ability to communicate naturally and build patient trust.
• Value clinical autonomy.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Think beyond today's schedule and care about the long-term success of a practice.

• Active Arizona dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
