About The Position

Eckhardt Dental Centre is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in the heart of the Okanagan. This is a great opportunity for a confident clinician to join a practice with a full patient base, a full schedule, and strong demand from the Penticton, Summerland, and Okanagan Falls communities. With a loyal patient base, modern digital technology, and a supportive team, this role lets you build meaningful patient relationships, produce consistently, and enjoy an outstanding lifestyle in one of BC’s most beautiful regions. This is not a slow-build opportunity. You'll join an existing, high-demand patient base with strong treatment needs and consistent patient flow. You will have access to 2 dedicated chairs, strong patient demand, and a supportive clinical and administrative team. Our clinic is equipped with advanced digital technology to support efficient diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, including: CBCT, Intraoral scanner, 3D printer, Digital workflows, and Implant setup. This is an excellent fit for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and wants to continue growing clinically. We prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience, but we are open to speaking with motivated clinicians who are confident managing a busy schedule and interested in long-term growth. Penticton offers an incredible Okanagan lifestyle with lakes, wineries, skiing, hiking, biking, and a welcoming community. Located between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake, it is one of BC’s most desirable places to live and work.
