About The Position

Associate Dentist - Highland Dental Centre is a long-standing, highly respected practice in New Glasgow where the demand is real. The practice has a very strong patient demand, with the team consistently booked 5+ months in advance. This is a full-time opportunity to step into immediate production, a loyal generational patient base, and a clinic that has been doing things the right way for over 30 years. The role offers leadership and growth opportunities with Dr. Luke Austin, who leads with an approachable, collaborative, and genuinely invested style. Mentorship is side-by-side, allowing for learning through real cases, open conversations, and a practice environment where questions are encouraged and growth is expected. The practice environment features strong systems, experienced team support, and a pace that reflects its demand. You will be supported by an established and dedicated hygiene, assisting, and administrative team in a setting that’s organized and built for comprehensive care. It is a true general practice with room to expand, utilizing digital workflows, modern imaging, implant systems, and sedation support to enable growth without friction. The position is part-time, with scheduled days of Monday & Tuesdays. New grads are welcome and the practice is busy from day one.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Must be domiciled in Canada
