About The Position

All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental are seeking an Associate Dentist to join two well-established, patient-focused Winnipeg practices with strong community reputations and loyal patient bases. With schedules booking 6–8 weeks in advance, excellent patient retention, and a broad scope of in-house treatment, this is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment. The practices offer a wide scope of dentistry performed in-house, including Comprehensive General Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery (including sedation dentistry), Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge), Removable Prosthodontics, Implant Dentistry, and Invisalign. They utilize advanced technology such as CBCT, Panoramic Imaging, CEREC, Digital X-rays, Videa Health AI, and iTero Scanners, with a fully paperless workflow. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, growth-oriented, comfortable in a busy clinical environment, interested in sedation dentistry or expanding clinical skills, and open to mentorship and long-term growth opportunities. New graduates eager to learn and develop are also welcome.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Domiciled in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Practice a wide scope of dentistry.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry.
• Perform endodontics.
• Conduct oral surgery including sedation dentistry.
• Perform fixed prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge).
• Perform removable prosthodontics.
• Engage in implant dentistry.
• Provide Invisalign treatments.
• Collaborate with hygiene and administrative support teams.
• Participate in mentorship programs.
