Associate Dentist - Periodontist
About The Position
Bryden General & Implant Dentistry is seeking a traveling or regional Associate Periodontist to join their practice in Lewiston, ID. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fully established specialty pipeline with no other Periodontist within a 100-mile radius. The position offers uncapped Fee-For-Service (FFS) earning potential with a 98%-100% collections rate, complete clinical autonomy in a modern 6-operatory facility, and dedicated support staff. The role involves performing the full scope of periodontal procedures and dental implant placements, managing complex cases, and maintaining referral networks.
Requirements
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate in Periodontics from an accredited post-doctoral residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Periodontics.
- Active, unrestricted Idaho Dental License (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
- Perform the full scope of periodontal procedures, including pocket reduction, bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, and advanced frenectomies.
- Direct and execute comprehensive dental implant placements, including single-tooth, multi-unit, and full-arch reconstructive staging.
- Partner with our internal hygiene team to manage and treat advanced periodontal disease cases.
- Maintain and cultivate the existing referral network of external local dental offices to keep the specialty schedule optimized.
