This role is for a recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's program, with possible fields of study including Health Information Management, Hospital/Health Administration, Business Administration, Planning, Statistics, Health Informatics, Accounting, Finance, Actuary Science, or other related fields. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with data management systems, spreadsheet, and presentation software, along with analytical skills to assemble, evaluate, and understand large and complex information sets, and to identify current and future trends. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for effective interaction with hospital staff and external contacts. The role requires intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail, as well as being self-motivated and willing to seek out learning opportunities.
