About The Position
The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in the delivery of educational programs and services. This includes training faculty and staff, managing faculty and staff, and monitoring and maintaining curricula to meet the needs of current students and the community.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Master's Degree
- Academic experience
Responsibilities
- On-board and orient new faculty and staff
- Mentor program/department chairs
- Coordinate and provide faculty training
- Provide campus level leadership, management and support for all faculty and academic staff in the programs he/she is assigned to oversee
- Assist the Dean in developing and maintaining a campus curriculum that meets the needs of current students and the community
