The Associate Dean of Medical Education provides strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the osteopathic medical education program. The Associate Dean leads the Department of Medical Education and oversees student academic success, assessment and learning outcomes, educational data analytics, board preparation, remediation, research, accreditation compliance and related educational functions. This position is primarily an administrative position, but as a faculty member, the Associate Dean may teach if desired and able. Commitment to and support of the BSOM mission at all levels is a must.
