The Associate Dean for Teaching & Undergraduate Studies is a key member of the Kennedy College of Sciences' senior leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the College's teaching and undergraduate education. This role advises the Dean, develops and implements initiatives to enhance the undergraduate student experience, improve academic quality, support faculty in teaching, and ensure the College adapts to changing educational needs. The Associate Dean oversees academic programs, student success, curriculum, assessment, accreditation, and policy implementation, ensuring the College meets its strategic goals and maintains high academic standards. This position also acts as a liaison between faculty, department leadership, students, and university administration to foster collaboration and support decision-making.
