About The Position

The Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation will support maintaining the operation of the Dealer Quality department. This role involves translating LOB problems into requirements, process changes, test cases, and data mapping. The incumbent manages/assists with updating/creating business requirements and process documentation to create automated solutions, incorporating automation to enhance Dealer monitoring capabilities for quicker issue identification. Additionally, the Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation conducts analysis and interprets dealers' portfolio performance trends, assesses dealer quality review effectiveness, and performs end-to-end process analysis and design, considering technical and operating challenges and solutions in the current and future business environment. This role drives consensus on complex business solutions, analyzes business and technical requirements, and develops solutions to address them. The Associate, Dealer Quality and Transformation compiles and reports data to Executive Management adhering to policy and procedures. Emerging talent with Python/SQL experience is desired, along with working knowledge of Power BI, Process Engineering/Process Flows, Data Analysis, and Snowflake. Services include conducting dealer performance reviews for analyzing and interpreting dealers' portfolio data, assessing, developing, and executing plans to implement business transformation and automation solutions including reporting transition to Power BI and ongoing maintenance, leveraging digital transformation for operational performance, and exploring intelligent automation for strategic goals. The role identifies, assesses, and documents business and functional requirements, recommends business priorities, and advises on options, risks, and costs. It defines, develops, documents, and measures business processes and/or tools to ensure efficiency and quality through business transformation and automation solutions while reducing support costs. The Associate follows standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices to produce valid and reliable quality data. They maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of departments interacting with the dealer client, including policies, procedures, and systems. The role supports cross-functional process improvement efforts, provides feedback to business partners, utilizes creative methods to generate results and foster teamwork, identifies trends and low performing areas, participates in team activities and meetings, and manages performance and reviews of all Dealer Partners' information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ Years Banking/Finance Auto/Customer Service role or related experience.
  • Emerging talent with Python/SQL experience.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Process Engineering/Process Flows.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including training and mentoring skills to coach the staff.
