We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Engineer to join a dynamic healthcare technology team in Columbia, MD. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in provider data management, healthcare platforms, ETL development, and SQL-based data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders to improve provider data accuracy, support claims-related data processes, and develop scalable data integration solutions. Experience with Facets and Salesforce is required. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level healthcare data initiatives while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Provider Data Management
• Experience with Healthcare/Claims Data
• Experience with SQL & ETL Development
• Experience with Facets
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Data Warehousing
• Knowledge of database design, data movement, and data integration concepts.
• Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot provider and claims-related data.
• Support data warehouse, reporting, and data integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, BI Developers, and Software Engineering teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data solutions for business users and leadership.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliable data loading processes.
• Assist with data modeling and implementation of data integration frameworks.
