Requirements

  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in a business analyst role within the financial services sector.
  • Three (3) years of experience defining functional requirements, service level objects (SLOs), quality-related measurements, and scenario-based use cases in support of a product or project management lifecycle.
  • Three (3) years of experience in process re-engineering and workflow design.
  • Three (3) years of experience working with desktop platforms and applications, ensuring overall availability, while factoring in upstream or downstream system dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and project manage data analytics, including machine learning.
