We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to support and scale our Strategic Business Segment (SBS), partnering with high-value, growth-oriented brands across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer partnership—designed for someone who can operate with precision while building toward full ownership of enterprise relationships within the first six months. You will play a critical role in enabling customer growth by supporting campaign strategy, operational excellence, and adoption of Teikametrics’ AI-powered platform. Teikametrics is redefining eCommerce performance through its AI-powered, multi-marketplace optimization platform, helping brands unlock scalable, profitable growth across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok.
