About The Position

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or customer service environment preferred
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, issues, and general requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records in both electronic and physical formats
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate entry
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time
  • Provide pricing quotes and support new customer project setup and tracking
  • Prepare sample orders for customers and internal sales teams
  • Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues and support ongoing projects
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer concerns while communicating effectively with internal teams
  • Assist in researching and resolving accounts receivable issues in partnership with finance and account management
