Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Experience or exposure to customer service or transactional support environments
  • Proficiency using computer systems and business applications
  • Ability to accurately process orders and manage data within systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Office) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders and maintain account information within order management systems
  • Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide phone-based customer support, resolving issues and documenting interactions
  • Manage urgent order requests and coordinate escalations as needed
  • Support invoicing activities, including reprints and issue resolution
  • Identify and submit potential sales leads during customer interactions
