About The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Associate Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and professional support to customers across order management, quoting, invoicing, and communication processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting internal operations and identifying sales opportunities. This position is part of the Customer Service team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Experience or exposure to customer service or transactional support environments
  • Proficiency using computer systems and business applications
  • Ability to accurately process orders and manage data within systems
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Office) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders and maintain account information within order management systems
  • Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide phone-based customer support, resolving issues and documenting interactions
  • Manage urgent order requests and coordinate escalations as needed
  • Support invoicing activities, including reprints and issue resolution
  • Identify and submit potential sales leads during customer interactions
