About The Position
PPG is seeking a customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position is required on site at the CMS client location.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, order management, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized data entry systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards.
- Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Answers customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.
- Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Analyzes customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
