About The Position

Reporting to the Manager Customer Logistics, you will support successful collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet business needs within the Customer Logistics function. You will respond to information requests, communicate business impacts to stakeholders, and support logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and/or up to 3 years of related business experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working independently under general supervision.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on commitments.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence-powered tools and technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
Experience analyzing complex datasets using Power BI to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate business insights to stakeholders.
Success working in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced business environment.
