The Associate Market Research Manager is a key member of the Market Research team, supporting Dexcom’s business strategy through customer insights and data storytelling. This role supports U.S. and global brand research for Dexcom’s core brands, including research design and execution aligned to the market research process and company strategy. The position develops strategic, cumulative, and in-depth market analyses, translating insights into recommendations that help stakeholders make informed decisions and advance Dexcom’s priorities. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to quickly understand new business questions, research methods, and customer dynamics. Experience executing primary and secondary research in a matrix organization, managing multiple projects, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors is preferred.
